Traumatology: always apply to dried, degreased skin. Remove protective coating. In the case of sprains, apply the bandage in such a way as to limit joint mobility and keep the limb in a relaxed position to avoid stretching the ligament. In the case of tendonitis or muscle tears, apply the bandage using tension-free circular movements with 50% overlap.
Phlebology: Apply the bandage with the foot flexed at 90°
Malleoli, Achilles tendon and tibial crest should be protected with padding. Protect the foot and leg with a cotton jersey or protective bandage. Unroll the product evenly, peel off the backing and apply the strip from toe root to thigh, with 50% overlap.

-Dressings: cut the required length of strip, peel off the backing and lay the strip over the compress, smoothing from center to edge.
