Use the equivalent of one tablespoon for a joint such as the knee. We recommend heating the remineralizing mud in a bain-marie before application. Spray on regenerating thermal spring water beforehand to enhance its benefits. Then apply the remineralizing mud in a thick, even layer to the part of the body to be treated. Wrap the area in cling film or a bandage to induce sweating and promote penetration of the active ingredients. Leave on for at least 10 minutes, then rinse off with clean water. Re-spray with thermal spring water. Avoid contact with eyes. Apply at a maximum temperature of 45°C. Do not use on face, children under 7 or pregnant women. Avoid heating in the original tube.
