Instructions: -Carefully clean your appliance and leave it slightly damp, -Sprinkle the powder very lightly and evenly onto the surfaces of your appliance that come into contact with your gums or palate, -Gently remove any excess powder, -Reinsert your appliance, holding it firmly in place, and bite down for a few seconds to ensure it is securely in place. Removal: -Rinse your mouth with water, -Gently remove your device using a back-and-forth motion, -Remove any remaining powder from your dentures and your mouth with a soft, damp cloth, -Clean your dentures thoroughly with Polident cleaning tablets every day and rinse them with water. When using it for the first time, apply a very light dusting. Increase the amount if necessary. Using too much powder can cause it to spill. It may take a little time to find the right amount to apply. Use once a day. If you need to use it more than once a day, consult your dentist. Read the instructions carefully before use.
