Apply the adhesive pad only to a clean, dry lower denture. Remove the film from both sides of the pad before applying it. Tip: Fold the pad slightly. Place the pad on the lower denture and tap it gently. Remove any air bubbles. Trim the excess with a small pair of scissors. Insert the denture and bite down briefly and firmly. Avoid eating or drinking for 15 minutes if possible. Adhesive pads are not suitable for soft-lined dentures.
