Dietary supplement. For adults only. 1 ampoule per day, to be taken in the morning or at lunchtime with a meal. Shake the ampoule before opening. Due to the natural nature of the product, a slight sediment may form, but this does not affect its quality. Use your index finger to tap each end of the light bulb to weaken them. Using a paper towel, break the first end off the glass to prevent any debris from falling. Turn the bottle upside down and place the first end over the glass. Break off the second end, away from the glass, using a paper towel. Let the liquid drain out. Add the equivalent of half a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not to be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women or by children under 18 years of age. Do not use if you are taking other products containing green tea on the same day. Do not consume on an empty stomach. Not recommended for people sensitive to iodine, those with allergies to salicylate derivatives, or those on anticoagulant therapy. Do not consume more than 800 mg of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) per day. Contains approximately 7 mg of GEGC per ampule. Contains approximately 5 mg of caffeine per ampule.
