1 to 2 times a day. Directions for use: Apply a thin layer of the cream to clean, dry skin once or twice a day, or more often if necessary (up to 6 applications per day). Use a cleanser that does not dry out the skin. Cream for external use only. Precautions for use: Do not apply to open wounds, mucous membranes, or the eyes. Do not swallow.
