Shake before use. 1 spray per night, for occasional use. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients, particularly in case of allergy to menthol. This dietary supplement contains ethanol. Keep out of reach of children.
