Use a bottle that has been thoroughly washed and drained.
Use mineral or spring water suitable for infants, or pure water boiled for 5 minutes and then cooled.
Heat the required amount of water to a maximum of 40°C, then pour into the bottle.
Add the corresponding number of level, loose measuring spoons, respecting 1 measuring spoon per 30 ml of water (use only the measuring spoon included in your NOVALAC box).
Close the bottle with the flat cap and roll it briskly between your palms to avoid lumps.
