The minimum effective dose is 1 mg/kg, with the following recommendations: One tablet should be given to cats weighing from 1 kg to 11 kg when flea infestation is identified. The frequency of treatment depends on the degree of infestation. In the case of severe infestation, it may be necessary to treat animals every day or every other day until all fleas have been eliminated. Treatment can be repeated if fleas reappear. No more than one treatment should be given per day. Tablets should be administered orally, with or without food. For ease of administration, the tablets can be hidden in a small amount of food just prior to administration. The veterinary drug has no residual activity. To prevent re-infestation, we recommend combining it with a drug that treats immature flea stages. Your veterinarian can draw up an appropriate treatment program. Do not use in animals under 4 weeks of age or weighing less than 1 kg, as no studies have been carried out in these animal classes. Use during pregnancy, lactation or egg-laying Pregnancy and lactation: Can be used during gestation and lactation.
