Euphytose, Stress relief/Sleep aid, box of 180 tablets

Euphytose® tablets should be swallowed without chewing, preferably with water or a hot drink.
To relieve stress symptoms:
Adults: 1 to 2 tablets, 3 times a day.
Adolescents over 12: 1 tablet, 3 times a day.

To promote sleep:
Adults: 1 tablet with the evening meal, 1 tablet at bedtime.
Adolescents over 12: 1 tablet with the evening meal.
If symptoms persist beyond 2 weeks, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Euphytose should not be taken by patients with:
- Allergy to any of the components: fructose intolerance, sucrase or isomaltase deficiency (rare disease), glucose and galactose absorption disorders.
- In the absence of available data, its administration is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
