For hygiene and moistening of the nasal mucosa: with head upright, insert nozzle into nostril. Spray 1 to 2 times in each nostril. Allow excess solution to drain off, then wipe dry.
For deeper cleansing of the nasal cavity: With head tilted to one side, insert nozzle into upper nostril. Spray for 2 to 3 seconds. Allow excess solution to drain out of the other nostril, then wipe dry.
After each use, thoroughly clean the nozzle with warm water and wipe dry.
